Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Beef Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 10.75 oz can condensed cream of mushroom with roasted garlic soup
  • 1 tbsp Worcesitershire
  • 16 oz bag frozen vegetable combination, thawed
  • 2 cups water
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 cups instant mashed potato flakes

Directions

  1. Cook the beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until beef is well browned. Pour off any fat.

  2. Stir the beef, 1/2 can of soup, Worcestershire and vegetables in an 11×8-inch shallow baking pan.

  3. Heat the water, butter, and remaining soup in a 2-qt saucepan over high heat to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in the milk. Slowly stir in the potatoes. Spoon the potatoes over the beef mixture.

  4. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes, or until hot.
