Chicken in Creamy Sun-Dried Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2- 10.75 oz cans condensed cream of chicken with herbs
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 2 tbsp capers, drained
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 14 oz artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup drained, chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 8 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup chopped basil
  • Hot cook seasoned mashed potatoes

Directions

  1. Stir the soup, wine, capers, garlic, artichokes, and tomatoes in slow cooker. Add the chicken and turn to coat with the soup mixture.

  2. Cover and cook on LOW 7-8 hrs. Sprinkle with the basil. Serve with potatoes.
