Slow Cooker Tuscan Beef Stew

Ingredients

  • 10.75 oz can condensed tomato soup
  • 10.5 oz can condensed beef broth
  • 1/2 cup Burgundy
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 14.5 oz can diced Italian style tomatoes
  • 3 large carrots, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 lbs beef for stew
  • 2- 15 oz cans cannellini beans, rinsed and drained

Directions

  1. Stir the soup, broth, wine, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, tomatoes, carrots and beef in crock pot.

  2. Cover and cook on LOW 8-9 hrs.

  3. Stir in the beans. Turn heat to HIGH and cook for 10 minutes more.
