Mediterranean Chicken Pita Pockets

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
  • 1 tbsp chopped shallots
  • 2 tsp capers, drained
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 cup baby salad greens
  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta
  • pita bread

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine vinaigrette, shallots, capers, thyme, rosemary, paprika and garlic. Add salad greens, chicken and feta; toss together. Divide chicken mixture evenly among pitas.
