Ingredients
- 3 tbsp cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp salad oil
- 1/2 tsp celery seed
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrot
- 1/4 cup sliced green onion

For vinaigrette, in a screw-top jar combine vinegar, sugar, oil, celery seeds, mustard, salt and pepper. Cover and shake well.

In a large bowl combine cabbage, carrots and green onion. Pour vinaigrette over cabbage mixture and toss to coat. Cover and chill 2-4 hrs.
