California Avocado and Canadian Bacon Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 baked pizza (bread) shell (12 inch diameter)
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil
  • 3 oz. Canadian bacon, diced (2/3 cup)
  • 1 California Avocado (8oz.), sliced
  • 1 tomato (8oz.), diced
  • Salt, as needed
  • 3 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded (3/4 cup)

Directions

  1. Brush pizza shell with oil.
  2. Sprinkle with cheese, basil, bacon, tomato and avocado.
  3. Bake at 500 degrees until cheese melts and lightly browns, about 10 minutes. Cut into 8 wedges.
