Grilled Herbed Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1/4 olive oil
  • 2 tbsp chopped sage
  • 1 tbsp chopped thyme
  • 1 tbsp chopped rosemary
  • 1 bay leaf, crumbled
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 lemon, quartered
  • assorted peppers, garnish
  • rosemary sprigs, garnish

Directions

  1. Arrange pork chops in a single layer in a baking dish. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients, except the lemon and rosemary sprigs. Pour mixture over the chops, cover, and refrigerate, turning 3-4 times for 12 hrs.

  2. Heat a grill. Remove chops from marinade and pat dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper. Grill about 10 minutes per side. Garnish with peppers and rosemary sprigs.
