Cheddar Cheese Loaf

Ingredients

  • 3 3/4 cups reduced fat baking mix
  • 3/4 cup reduced-fat shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/ cups fat-free milk
  • 1/4 cup egg substitute
  • 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
  • Vegetable cooking spray

Directions

  1. Combine baking mix and cheese. Add milk, egg substitute, and pepper, stirring 2 minutes or until blended. spoon into a 9 × 5-inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray.
  2. Bake loaf at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
