Cheese-Steak Wraps

Serves 4 people

  • 4 (10-inch) fat-free flour tortillas
  • cooking spray
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 (1 lb.) pkg. flank steak, cut in strips
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 6 oz. light pasteurized prepared cheese produce


  1. Heat tortillas according to package directions; keep warm.
  2. Spray a large skillet with cooking spray for 2 seconds, and heat over medium-high heat. Add onion and bell pepper, and sauté 3 to 4 minutes or until tender. Remove from skillet, and set aside.
  3. Toss together steak strips and cornstarch.
  4. Spray a large skillet with cooking spray for 2 seconds; heat over medium-high heat. Add half the steak. Saute 2 to 3 minutes; remove from skillet, and repeat procedure.
  5. Microwave cheese in a glass bowl at high
  6. 2 minutes, stirring once.

  7. Place steak strips evenly down center of each tortilla; top evenly with vegetables and cheese. Roll up, and serve immediately.
