Dijon Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 10.75 oz can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1/4 cup Dijon
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 5 medium potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 4 pork chops

Directions

  1. In a large bowl combine soup, wine, mustard, thyme, garlic and pepper. Add potatoes and onion, stirring to coat. Transfer to slow cooker. Place chops on potatoes.

  2. Cover and cook on LOW 7-8 hrs.
