Turkish Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 6 pork chops
  • 4 medium onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup chicken stock

Directions

  1. Combine salt, pepper, paprika and flour. Dredge the pork chops by smashing them into the flour. Peel the onions and chop into 1/4-inch pieces. Peel the garlic and chop into eighths.

  2. Heat the butter in large skillet at medium-high. Brown the pork chops. Remove the pork chops and put into slow cooker. Add the onions and garlic to skillet and saute until onions are limp and translucent. Drain off the grease and place onions and garlic on top of the pork chops. Add chicken stock. Cover and cook LOW 8-9 hrs.
