Ingredients
- 23 oz can sweet potatoes, drained and mashed
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Jack Daniel's Whiskey
- Topping:
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 3/4 cup cornflakes
Directions

Mix and pour into buttered 8-inch x 8-inch casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Mix topping ingredients and pour over casserole mixture. Return to over for 15 minutes.
