Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Brownies

Ingredients

  • 2 (20oz.) pkg. refrigerated chocolate chip cookies dough, frozen, sliced 1/4-inch thick
  • 2 (8oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

  1. Cover bottom of 13 × 9-inch baking pan with 1 roll of the sliced dough to form crust. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes; remove from oven.
  2. Beat cream cheese, egg, sugar and vanilla in mixer. Spread over crust; top with remaining roll of sliced dough.
  3. Bake 35 minutes or until golden brown. Cool. Refrigerate.
  4. Cut into squares and serve.
