Spiced fish fillets with yogurt

  • ·4 white fish fillets
  • ·3 tbsp yogurt
  • ·1 1/2 tsp Masala Rub
  • ·1 garlic clove, crushed
  • ·1/2 tsp salt
  • ·1 red chilli, deseeded and chopped


  1. Place the fish in a large dish.

  2. Combine the remaining ingredients and spread over the fish fillets, cover and marinate for 20 minutes in a cool place.

  3. Place the fish on a lightly oiled tray and cook under high heat for 2 .3 minutes each side.
