Vegetable Cheese Soup

Ingredients

  • 16 oz can cream-style corn
  • 1 cup chopped peeled potatoes
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tsp celery seeds
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2- 14.5 oz can vegetable broth
  • 16 oz jar processed cheese

Directions

  1. In slow cooker, combine corn, potatoes, carrots, onion, celery seeds and pepper. Add broth. Cover and cook on LOW 8-10 hrs. Turn to HIGH. Stir cheese into slow cooker. Cover and cook 30-60 minutes or until cheese is melted and blended.
