Hot Crab Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. cooked, flaked crab
  • 16 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 1 pinch garlic salt
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided use
  • paprika

Directions

  1. Mix crab, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, garlic salt and all except about 1/3 of the Cheddar cheese and the paprika. Press firmly into baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for about 20 minutes. Remove and spread remaining Cheddar cheese on top.
  2. Return to oven for 10-15 minutes or until dip becomes bubbly and is slightly browned on top. Serve with crackers, chips or toasted bread pieces.
