Easy Cheesy Mexican Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 10 1/2 oz. can chicken broth
  • 1 cup thick and chunky salsa
  • 2 cups Minute Rice uncooked
  • 1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese spread

Directions

  1. Bring broth and salsa to a boil in medium saucepan. Stir in rice and cheese. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir until cheese is melted. This is good with any Mexican Dish.
