Ingredients
- 8 slices bread, cubed
- 2 cups sharp cheese, grated
- 1 lb. hot pork sausage
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
Directions
- Place bread cubes in greased 9 × 13 pan. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Brown and drain sausage. Add to bread and cheese.
- Blend eggs, 2 1/2 cups milk and mustard, pour over ingredients in pan. Refrigerate overnight or several hours.
- Blend soup and 1/2 cup milk. Pour over bread. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees.
