pecan Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup white corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup margarine, melted
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups pecan halves
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine eggs, sugar, syrups, melted margarine, salt and vanilla and mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
  3. Arrange pecan halves, top side up, over filling. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour or until set. If crust browns too quickly, reduce oven to 325 degrees.
