Garlic-Herb Steaks

Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 4 (4oz.) beef tenderloin steaks
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
  • 1/4 cup minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. minced fresh rosemary

Directions

  1. Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper; coat with garlic, parsley, and rosemary. Chill 1 hour.
  2. Cook steaks in an ovenproof nonstick skillet coated with vegetable cooking spray over medium high heat 4 minutes on each side.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or to desired degree of doneness.
