Horseradish Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 8 large baking potatoes
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 3 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
  • 2 Tbsp. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/2 cup (2oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 4 bacon slices cooked and crumbled

Directions

  1. Pierce potatoes with fork, and bake at 450 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Cool slightly. Split potatoes, and remove pulp; discard skins. Mash pulp in a large bowl.
  2. Stir butter and next 7 ingredients into potato. Sprinkle evenly with bacon. Serve immediately.
