Apple-Blueberry Crunch

Ingredients

  • 1 (21oz.) can apple pie filling
  • 1 (14 oz.)pkg. frozen blueberries
  • 1 (18.25 oz.) pkg. white cake mix
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine. melted
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
  • Ice cream or whipped topping

Directions

  1. Spread apple pie filling on bottom of a lightly greased 13 x9-inch pan.
  2. Toss together frozen blueberries and 3/4 cup sugar, and spoon over apple pie filling. Sprinkle cake mix evenly over fruit and drizzle with melted butter. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and remaining 1/4 cup sugar.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until golden and bubbly. Serve with ice cream.
