Warm Lemon-Rosemary Olives

  • 3 cups mixed olives
  • 2 fresh rosemary sprigs
  • 1 tsp. dried crushed red pepper
  • 1 tsp. lemon zest
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • Garnishes: rosemary sprig, lemon rind strips


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place first 4 ingredients on a large piece of aluminum foil; drizzle with oil. Fold foil over olive mixture, and pinch edges to seal.
  2. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve warm. Garnish, if desired.
