Loaded Pizza

Ingredients

  • 12" Boboli whole-wheat thin pizza crust
  • 1 cup tomato-basil paste sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 15 slices pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup sliced onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped roasted red peppers
  • 1/2 cup chopped green olives
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 6 oz jar artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400. Cover the crust with sauce and the cheese. Sprinkle with the pepperoni, onion, peppers, olives, garlic, pepper flakes and artichokes.

  2. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbling. Top with the basil and serve immediately.
