Blue Cheese Potato Chips

Ingredients

  • 8 1/2 oz package kettle-cooked potato chips
  • 2 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
  • 6 green onions, chopped
  • 4 oz crumbled blue cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat broiler. In a 15×10×1-inch baking pan, arrange potato chips in an even layer. Top with tomatoes, bacon, onions, and cheese.

  2. Broil 4-5 inches from heat 2-3 minutes or until blue cheese begins to melt. Serve immediately.
