Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 cans Veg-All vegetables, drained
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts drained
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 3/4 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Topping:
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can French fried onion rings
  • 1/2 stick margarine, melted

Directions

  1. Mix first 5 ingredients together, and place in a 12 × 7 1/2 × 2 inch baking dish, that has been sprayed with nonstick coating.
  2. Top with remaining cheese and French fried onions. Drizzle with the margarine.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
