Whole Grain Mustard Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar,
  • 1 Tbsp. light brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. whole gran mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 cup olive oil

Directions

  1. Whisk together all ingredients except oil. Add olive oil in a slow steady stream, whisking constantly until smooth.

  2. makes 2/3 cup
