Salad Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • several dashes of hot sauce
  • 6 hard taco shells, crisped according to package
  • 2 cups thinly sliced green-leaf lettuce
  • 2 cups (1 packet) Ready-to-Go Beef Taco Filling, thawed and reheated
  • 12 grape tomatoes, halved

Directions

  1. Mix together the sour cream, salsa, and hot sauce to make a dressing.

  2. To assemble the tacos, fill the taco shells as full as you can with shredded lettuce. Then spoon on the warm taco meat, add tomatoes and spoon on plenty of dressing.
