Sweet-Spicy Roast Pork Tenderloins with Ginger Peach Glaze

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme
  • 2 (1 lb.) pork tenderloins
  • 1 cup peach preserves
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. ground ginger

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Combine seasoned salt and thyme. Rub tenderloins with seasoning mixture. Roast uncovered, on a rack 20 to 25 minutes or until internal temperature is 145 degrees.
  2. Meanwhile, combine peach preserves, Worcestershire sauce and ground ginger. Spoon half of mixture on pork the last 10 minutes of cooking.
  3. Let pork stand 5 minutes before slicing. Heat remaining preserves mixture and serve with pork.
