Sesame Slaw

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Splenda granular
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 medium Napa cabbage, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • Garnish: 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted

Directions

  1. Stir together first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Add cabbage, bell pepper, and onions, tossing to coat. Garnish., if desired.
