Spinach Salad with Sweet Parsley Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 910oz.) pkg. fresh baby spinach
  • 8 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup shredded Jarlsberg cheese
  • 1/2 cup toasted chopped walnuts
  • Sweet Parsley Dressing:
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper

Directions

  1. Place first 4 ingredients in a large bowl, and toss. Drizzle with Sweet Parsley Dressing, tossing gently to coat.
