Pork-Pepper Skillet

Ingredients

  • All Natural Pam Garlic Flavor Cooking and Seasoning Spray
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 bunch green onions, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can beef broth
  • 1 Tbsp. chili-garlic paste
  • Hot cooked soba noodles or rice
  • Sesame seeds (optional)
  • Garnish: green onion fan

Directions

  1. Coat a large skillet with cooking spray 2 seconds; heat over medium heat. Add sliced bell pepper and green onions, and saute 3 to 4 minutes. Remove skillet from heat, and remove mixture from skillet; set mixture aside.
  2. Coat skillet with cooking spray 2 seconds; heat over medium heat. Add pork, in batches, and saute 3 to 4 minutes or until brown. Add bell pepper mixture, broth, and chili-garlic paste. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer 8 to 10 minutes. Serve over noodles, and sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired. Garnish, if desired.
