Gnocchi with sage & Blue Cheese

Ingredients

  • 16 oz fresh potato gnocchi
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 oz Cambozola cheese, thinly sliced
  • Leaves from 4 sprigs fresh sage

Directions

  1. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the gnocchi. Drain and let sit in the colander.

  2. Wipe the pot clean and melt the butter and cheese with the sage. Return the gnocchi to the pot and toss well to coat. Season and serve.
