Corned Beef Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 can corned beef, broken (or leftover corned beef)
  • 4 or 5 white potatoes, cubed
  • 1 can tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • Carrots, peas, and corn (optional)

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients at once, bringing to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 35 minutes.

  2. Some kale might be good added to this soup.
