Minted Yogurt and Fruit parfaits

Serves 3 people

Ingredients

  • 1 8-oz. carton plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. snipped fresh mint
  • 2 to 3 cups assorted fresh fruit (such as blueberries, raspberries, halved strawberries and/or cherries)
  • Fresh mint sprigs (optional)

Directions

  1. Stir together yogurt, honey, and snipped mint in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Spoon fruit until ready to serve. Spoon fruit and minted yogurt into three individual dessert glasses or bowls. Garnish with fresh mint sprigs, if desired.
