Rib-Eye Grill

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp fried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
  • 4 (8 oz.) rib-eye steaks

Directions

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients, and rub over steaks. Let stand 1 hour.
  2. Grill, covered wit grill lid, over high heat (400 to 500 degrees) 7 minutes. Turn steaks, and grill 5 more minutes or to desired degree of doneness.
