Corn with Paprika Butter

Ingredients

  • 1/2 stick softened butter
  • 1 garlic clove, grated
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp chopped rosemary
  • 4 ears of corn

Directions

  1. Mix butter, garlic, paprika and rosemary. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. Boil corn in salted water until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes. Drain the corn and dot with the spiced butter.
