Balsamic Chicken

Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breasts cut into strips
  • 10 oz bag frozen vegetables with corn, peas and carrots
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 8 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions

  1. Line the bottom of crock pot with vegetables. Layer chicken strips on top of the veggies and season with garlic, spices and vinegar.

  2. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours or LOW 6-7 hours. Stir chicken and veggies periodically.
