BBQ Pulled Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of your favorite barbecue sauce
  • 2 lb boneless, skinless, fat removed chicken breasts
  • 1 sweet onion
  • low calorie whole-wheat hamburger buns

Directions

  1. Rinse chicken breasts and place in crock pot.

  2. Slice onion and lay it on top of chicken.

  3. Pour in barbecue sauce.

  4. Cook on LOW for 8 hours.

  5. Shred chicken with a fork and knife.

  6. Serve on low calorie whole-wheat buns.
