Lemon Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Juice from 2 lemons
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups frozen green beans

Directions

  1. Clean and dry chicken breast and remove any fat. Place onion into the bottom of the crock pot, then cover with chicken breast. Pour chicken broth, lemon juice, and seasoning into crock pot, cover and cook on LOW for 7 hours.

  2. Place frozen green beans in crock pot, cover and cook for another 30-60 minutes.
