Cinnamon Churro Cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) box spike cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup cinnamon-flavored coffee creamer
  • 1 (16 oz.) can cream cheese frosting
  • 1/4 cup crushed cinnamon graham crackers

Directions

  1. Prepare cupcakes according to package directions, replacing water with coffee creamer. Frost cooled cupcakes with cream cheese frosting

  2. and sprinkle with cracker crumbs.
