Lemon Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 15 oz can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt

Directions

  1. Puree Greek yogurt with chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon zest and salt.
