Pink grapefruit and Prosecco

  • 3 pink grapefruits
  • 3/4 cup Campari
  • 1 bottle Prosecco, fridge cold


  1. Squeeze the grapefruit and mix the juice with the Campari in a large pitcher or cocktail shaker.

  2. Stir to combine then slowly add the Prosecco. Pour into champagne glasses.
