Pomegranate and prosecco

  • 10 pomegranates, very ripe
  • 1 bottle Prosecco, fridge cold


  1. Squeeze the juice from the pomegranates as you would from oranges or lemons.

  2. Fill half a champagne glass with the juice, and top it with Prosecco or champagne.
