Easy Baked Lamb Chops

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 18 (2 to 3 oz.) lamb rib chops OR 12 loin chops
  • 1 (1 oz.) envelope onion soup mix
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 (14 oz.) can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 Tbsp. steak sauce

Directions

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients; set aside.
  2. Tear off 1 (28 × 18 inch) heavy-duty aluminum foil sheet. Place in a 13 × 9 inch pan.
  3. Place chops in pan; sprinkle evenly with flour mixture. Top with soup mix and next 4 ingredients.
  4. Bring up 2 long sides of foil sheet, and double-fold with about 1-inch-wide folds. Double-fold each end to form a packet, leaving room for heat to circulate inside packet.
  5. Bake chops at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. ( Add 10 more minutes for loin chops or until desired degree of doneness.
