Grilled Asparagus with Gremolata

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup panko
  • 1 garlic clove, grated
  • pinch of salt
  • olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 bunches asparagus, trummed
  • pepper

Directions

  1. Toast panko with garlic and salt in a skillet with olive oil. Mix with parsley and lemon zest. Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt and pepper. Grill over medium-high heat until just tender, 5-6 minutes. Top with the panko mixture.
