Fresh Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. tomatoes
  • 1/2 onion
  • Jalapenos to taste
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup cilantro (or as to taste)
  • half a lime
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. sugar

Directions

  1. Cut tomatoes in half. Then, squeeze the juice out of the tomato. Squeeze over a bowl and discard the juice. Repeat until all the tomatoes are done.
  2. Put all ingredients in the food processor and pulse until to desired texture.
  3. Eat right away or store in the refrigerator up to five days.
