Acorn Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • Chocolate almond bark, for dipping

Directions

  1. Mix peanut butter, egg, milk and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Add Bisquick and mix thoroughly. Chill for 1 hour or more.
  2. Shape into 1 inch balls, flatten with a glass.
  3. Dip half way into melted chocolate. Let cool on wax paper or parchment.
