Mocha Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup Silk Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey/agave/maple syrup

Directions

  1. Pour oats into a jar or plastic container that comes with a lid.
  2. Pour in Silk Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk, brewed coffee, cocoa powder, and your choice of honey/agave/maple syrup.
  3. Put the lid on tightly and shake to combine.
  4. Place the container of oats into the refrigerator and allow to chill overnight or for at least 8 hours.
  5. Once chilled, the oats will be softened and have absorbed most of the liquid, serve and enjoy!
