Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups half-and-half
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sooth peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup jarred fudge sauce

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine first 6 ingredients. Blend on medium-high speed until smooth, about 1 minute. Transfer to a container. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or over night.
  2. Transfer mixture to an ice cream maker and process according to manufacturer’s instructions.
  3. Place 1/3 of the ice cream in a container. Drizzle with a few tablespoons of the fudge. Cover with another 1/3 of the ice cream and drizzle with more fudge Repeat with remaining ice cream and fudge. Cover and freeze at least 3 hours or up to 1 week.
